I specialize in only one area-employment law-and I only represent employees. I am committed to protecting and advancing the rights of employees. I am admitted to practice law in both New Jersey and New York. In the past, I have handled cases which involved:

- Discrimination based on pregnancy, disability, sex, age, race, religion and national origin

- Violations of the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
- Violations of wage and hour law including the payment of overtime

- Unemployment Insurance hearings
I can offer a unique perspective to my clients. I often have an "insider" perspective on why an employee has been unlawfully terminated because of my prior background and experience in human resources management. Prior to the establishment of my own law practice in 1997, I obtained a Masters Degree in Industrial Relations and I have worked for more than ten years in the field of human resources for several major national and international corporations. I have knowledge, based on my personal experience, as to how companies do business. I also take pride in the fact that I can provide my clients with a high level of individualized attention and service.
I am a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) as well as the New Jersey chapter of NELA, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the Queens County Bar Association. I also have a third degree black belt in karate.
